I give lessons tailored to the needs of the student or learner.

My framework includes maintaining a conducive learning environment, orderliness, friendly atmosphere where students will feel comfortable while learning. I write lesson plans using the school curriculum, use of instructional materials like flashcards and posters which make learning easier and projectors if needed. I prepare worksheets for each topic to ensure students properly understand what is being taught. I also use progress reports and report cards, maintaining good relationship with parents and conducting myself in and out of the school premises. I also have experience with teaching online using tools such as Zoom, Padlet, learning hub, Myclass and Microsoft office tools to mention only a few.
