I break down learning into small, manageable steps and using a variety of strategies to suit each student’s needs. Lessons will be structured but flexible, with visual supports, clear instructions, and plenty of positive reinforcement to keep students motivated. I will incorporate each learner’s interests to make activities engaging and meaningful, and use regular check-ins to ensure they understand before moving on. My aim is to create a supportive online environment where students feel confident, valued, and able to achieve their personal learning goals.
