I am very passionate about what I do, have only been a trainer for 1 year but I have did all kinds of combat sports, and lifted weights since I was young, I really love working with people and seeing them progress, I'm not super serious I like to have a conversation and try to make it fun. I will tailor it to your goals, but try to split it up in to bodyparts.
