During sessions I’ll explain not just what we’re doing, but why, helping you build confidence and develop good habits that last. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve sports performance or simply become more active, I’ll support you with regular feedback, accountability and a coaching approach that’s tailored to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all programme.
