I am competent up to GCSE level Math's in most areas from ratios to statistics, algebra to asic geometry. Using a mixture of teacher and student led techniques I will focus on the student building their confidence in working to their limits independently and then utilizing me to push further into their areas of difficulty. I am keen to have pupils being as hands on as possible and finding novel ways to get them engaged. I work to understand how each individual learns and the most efficient way for them to retain information (whether its visual, physical or repetitive tasks). I enjoy seeing people learn new skills and achieving goals or grades. My main focus is on the individual and finding an equal balance in challenge and enjoyment through the work they do.
