Friendly tutor helping beginners understand maths with clarity

I offer one-to-one tutoring in Maths and Computer Science for students who want clear explanations, structured support, and a calm learning environment. I take the time to prepare thoroughly for each lesson, researching topics in advance so sessions are focused on what the student actually needs help with.

As someone with lifelong experience of ASD, I understand that many students struggle with traditional teaching methods that move too fast or explain concepts too broadly. I adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning needs, breaking topics down step by step and explaining ideas in a clear, accessible way. My aim is to help students build confidence as well as understanding.

Lessons are relaxed but structured, combining explanations, worked examples, and guided practice. I encourage questions and make sure students feel comfortable asking for clarification without pressure or judgement. I am a strong communicator, patient, and genuinely committed to helping students progress at their own pace.
