I am doctorate in Public system, social welfare and management. I have a post-graduation in Business management, as well as a master's of philosophy in Management. I have submitted my final thesis in management for evaluation at a reputed university in India. I have almost 14 publications in reputed journals. I have 2 years of online experience in teaching students SPSS to various PhD students in different universities in India and abroad. I explain in detail various types of analysis by solving real problems online through MS teams. I believe in a friendly atmosphere while teaching. I am very hardworking, dedicated towards the accomplishment of the given targets and quite confident about my area of expertise. I would like to share my knowledge in the area of expertise with the next generation learners although I am quite research-oriented and like to explore new areas in my specialized domain. Currently, I am supervising two MSC students for their dissertations. I am working as an honorary lecturer cum researcher at a reputed UK university. I have experience in delivering lectures as well as conducting seminars.

I am very organized and I first chalk out the whole timetable to do the work and then act accordingly. When I have to deliver some assignment on time, I usually like to keep my word. I try to help the students as much as possible by rendering them knowledge on the topics and clearing their unlimited doubts about the subject. To me in the teaching profession keeping patience is the main key to success, for any teacher.
