Accounting and financial management practitioner and can teach and facilitate all ages of students

I am a financial and management practitioner with progressive working experience of over ten years of accounting, financial management, grants and contracts management, institutional resource planning, resource allocation, treasury, budgetary management, general administration, Human Resource management and as well as program management sector at various levels of the organization. I have Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with specialization in finance.

I bear strong capacity building knowledge and skills on financial and administrative procedures to provide technical support to the implementing partner NGOs and government implementing partners. I am a self-starter, quick learner and bear the capability to take responsibility and ownership. I belong to marginalized Tharu indigenous community, and I can easily adapt to diverse cultures, languages and working environments.

I will help, teach, facilitate, assist and transfer accounting and financial management problem solving skills and knowledge.
