Communication:
My involvement at NHS gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills by using body language and eye contacting people. I have further developed this skill by working part-time as a sales advisor, which taught me how to deal and understand customers, by being confident and communicating with them in manners.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated through my internship, where I had to speak in front of the team and talk to them about my day list. I have also spoken to candidates through calls, where I have clearly shown my communication skills and engagement to talk to them.
Teamwork:
Working part-time has taught me a great deal about collaboration. Furthermore, I have used this collaborative skill in academic work as part of a group project called CIMA, in which we were required to conduct research and present our findings to the class, and we also managed to come 2nd. Furthermore, I have developed my skilled through my internship, where working as a team was a daily part, we share our thoughts, and projects and managed to accomplish projects.
Technical Skills:
I have some knowledge on how to use Microsoft 365 effectively. I have completed GCSEs in technology. Apart from Microsoft, I have completed Sage Bus
