Hi there! My name is Joel, and I'm from Peru. Ever since I was a kid, I've had a huge fascination with language and teaching. This passion led me to study Linguistics, during which I had the chance to participate in an academic exchange program in Mexico, where I took courses in Applied Linguistics. Currently, I'm in England pursuing a Master's in Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching at the University of Leeds. I've been teaching both Spanish and English for over 5 years now. I've worked at different language institutions where I not only gained extensive experience but also learned to adapt my teaching style to any type of student based on their needs, strengths, and weaknesses. My teaching method is primarily communicative, meaning you'll learn through dialogues, role plays, and interactive activities that simulate real-life situations. Truly meaningful learning is the kind you strive for on your own. During my lessons, I'll guide you step by step so you can learn Spanish in the shortest time possible. Each class has a goal that we always achieve by the end of the session. This way, it will be easier for you to see your progress and the milestones you've reached.
