My lessons are very interactive. I believe in breaking the ice first, get to understand my students, establish a rapport and then begin teaching. It's not only the lessons that I discuss with my students but also day to day situations and I encourage them to speak, share their views on any given situation.

My lessons check the previous knowledge of the student as I start with an exercise to activate their prior knowledge. The result is that they acquire new knowledge. Next, I give an assignment to the students to apply the acquired/learnt knowledge. Lastly, I assess their knowledge with a short test.

I use PPTs for my lessons which comprise of the topic, explanation, some examples and exercises based on the topic,followed by a quick recapitulation. At times,I also play a You Tube video which is related to the content they are learning.I stress on correct pronunciation, encourage my students to use a dictionary, focus on syllables, stress and intonation. My lessons challenge my students, encourage them to think and understand.

Students learn faster when they have a visual aid like a PPT or a You Tube video. These visual aids leave an impact on them and prove really helpful for recapitulation and preparing for exams. I do assist students to learn and understand and go an extra mile to make them learn.
