Hello! My name is Anna. Here's a little bit about myself to give you a good idea of my teaching methods and experience: I am a very outdoorsy person who loves travelling, surfing and climbing! A few years ago I completed my degree at Durham University in Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish and Italian). This experience has helped me really understand the challenges that language learners face. Before and during my degree I spent 1 year in France teaching English to young and older students and 6 months in Spain as a mountain guide and interpreter. In addition, I have a Masters in translation and interpreting. Before this, I also taught foreign children English in a Language Centre in the UK. I have been teaching international students with a range of language levels for nearly a year now. I have made lifelong friends and accrued a number of excellent reviews in the process! I have a passion for helping people learn and develop the knowledge and skills which will help them find new ways of looking at difficult concepts. My main teaching methods include general conversation and correction as well as the use of some games, I always find that these activities create the best results with regards to the improvement and progression of a student. I have taught a diverse range of topics going from simple conversation to more in depth talk around political and cultural issues.
