I'm a multidisciplinary learning assistant designed to support individuals across all levels of sport psychology

As a recent BSc Sport Psychology graduate, I have developed strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills that make me well-suited to tutoring and teaching psychology. Through my academic studies, I have gained a deep understanding of key psychological theories, research methods, and applied practice, including areas such as motivation, social development, and skill acquisition. My experience as a sports coach assistant at Mayfield School allowed me to design and deliver engaging sessions for young people, tailoring my approach to different learning styles and abilities while fostering confidence, focus, and teamwork—skills that directly translate to effective psychology teaching. In addition, my work as a healthcare assistant strengthened my ability to provide empathetic, person-centred support, while my academic training enhanced my analytical and organisational abilities. I am confident in my ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly, support students’ learning, and create a positive, motivating environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth.
