With more than 20 years of experience working across elite international sport, I offer practical, real-world coaching designed to help people grow in confidence, communication and mindset — both professionally and personally.
My background combines top-level sport, media operations, communications and languages. I have worked on multiple major international events, including UEFA EURO tournaments and UEFA Champions League matches, collaborating with athletes, coaches, media professionals, broadcasters and international organizations in high-pressure environments where communication, adaptability and emotional intelligence are essential.
Alongside my work in sport, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have extensive experience in multilingual communication, translation and international relationship management. This allows me to support learners not only with language development, but also with confidence in real-life communication, public speaking, professional interactions and intercultural understanding.
My coaching style is supportive, practical and conversation-based. Rather than focusing purely on theory, I aim to share lessons and habits developed through years of experience inside elite sport and international environments: resilience, preparation, communication under pressure, teamwork, leadership, organization and personal growth.
