Passionate teacher of young people - specialism maths and SEND

I have been a teacher for many years and still love teaching students of all ages and abilities. I currently teach GCSE (all abilities), A'level Pure Mathematics and have a passion for teaching students with SEND, whether those with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties.
I believe in teaching for understanding and interest - contrary to popular belief, maths is fun.
Making mistakes is learning and students shouldn't be worried about getting things wrong. Instead, we should learn from 'not getting it right the first time' - that's life!!
