I started my career in teaching back in 2010 and have fluctuated between PE and Maths but been in Maths more then PE. I always like to give an assessment where its supervised, to ensure no cheating occurs and understand how they work out maths questions. I then develop my lessons around the area of weaknesses and tailor it to their personal interested, like Food or Star wars, depending upon what makes them thrive.
