Embrace the fear! And do it anyways

I have been an IT trainer for the last 13 years working with a variety of amazing students. They range from Post Primary students aged 15-16 to students well into their late 80's! I have worked with students with additional needs (which I love).
My aim is to de-jargon (?) the mystifying world of IT into real life practical applications. Demystify the language and more importantly make it a fun subject to learn. I want a student to count down the days and hours to the next class. I am very easy going but strive for an excellent result. I have all necessary Irish qualifications to be a Trainer.
