For me teaching is a very special job where one is responsible and accountable for future generation so i consider self building and strong character can help in producing better individuals moreover i believe in providing a supportive environment to students where they have liberty to express themselves is a big win as a teacher. I strongly believe that every student has his own needs and should be respected and providing them with the accurate knowledge of the subject matter with facts and figures as a tool of understanding the concept can help them in gaining better results and shaping their personality.
