I’m someone who’s deeply passionate about helping people create success in ways that feel sustainable and authentic to them. With a background spanning banking, communications, fitness and administration, I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people work, not just in systems, but as individuals with unique needs, motivations, and potential. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a clear purpose: helping others live healthier, more balanced lives.
Alongside my professional experience, I’ve spent years teaching swimming and am currently training as a fitness coach, running leader, and eventually, I hope, a practitioner in lifestyle medicine and social prescribing. I believe true wellbeing isn’t about quick fixes or rigid plans. It’s about finding practical, enjoyable habits that fit each person’s life. The NHS is an incredible resource, but chronic conditions often need long-term, lifestyle-focused support rather than acute solutions, and that’s where I feel most inspired to make a difference.
My lessons and coaching are aimed at anyone who wants to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of their wellbeing, whether that’s improving fitness, building confidence, or learning how to make lasting changes without overhauling their entire life. I focus on empowering people to take small, consistent steps toward better health, in ways that genuinely work for them.
