Experienced Business Coach

I'm a Business Coach and experienced senior business leader, helping business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders and students navigate challenges, improve performance and build businesses teams and projects that work better.
My coaching is grounded in real world experience. I've spent more than 20 years working across business operations, logistics, customer service, commercial strategy and senior leadership, including responsibility for multisite operations, P&L, budgets, customer relationships, performance, recruitment, people development, operational change and continuous improvement.
I've led high-performing teams, managed complex and regulated environments, implemented new processes and systems, dealt with commercial challenges and supported businesses through change. I've also experienced the realities of building a business, having co-founded an engineering start-up and held full operational and financial responsibility.
Today, I bring that experience into my coaching practice.

I don't believe in one size fits all coaching. My role is to ask the right questions, challenge where necessary, help you see what you may not be seeing yourself, and work with you to create an achievable a path forward.
Most importantly, coaching isn't about giving you all the answers.
It's about helping you develop the clarity, confidence, capability and accountability to find your own answers and take action.
