English tutor for all ages ,have experience in boosting confidence and self esteem

I have work with student who struggles due to lack of self esteem and confidence or their first language is not english .
I helped making them recognising where thdir strength are and then also recognising their weakness and we work towards it .
I have also coach women and help them get into their working world by helping them with their language barriers .
