Trust comes first — so I start by being real, approachable, and consistent. I create a space where students feel heard without judgement and know they can be honest, even on tough days. From there, I help them spot their strengths, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build simple habits that lead to genuine change. I’ll teach them practical ways to handle stress, build confidence, and set achievable goals, but always at their pace and in their voice. My aim is for every student to leave a session feeling a little lighter, a little braver, and a lot more capable.
