i am easy to get along with and i have a good sense of humor as well as being able to lead. my lessons are aimed at anyone age3-16

i teach firmly so that my students feel confident. i first like them to tell me anything they know about the topic to spark their memory, then give them a question to test their ability on it. i then do a step by step solution on how to answer the question (including any easy/memorable acronyms) and ask them to explain it back to me. once they have explained how to work it out they way i’ve taught them, i give them another question to work it out. if they’re able to do that i will give them praises as that’s a very important part of learning and students enjoy the feeling of appreciation. once that’s over with, i then test their abilities on harder questions.
