A-Grade Edexcel Psychology A-Level Tutor

Advert description
I offer affordable, high-quality Edexcel A-Level Psychology tuition. Lessons are 1-2 hours per week, either in-person or online.

Qualifications:
A-Level Psychology - A (1 mark off an A*)
GCSEs - 8 in Triple Science, Maths, and English Language
Chemistry Undergraduate at a Russell Group University

I aim to simplify the Edexcel Psychology specification to ensure students confidently achieve top marks, whilst teaching them to manage their time wisely by writing concisely and including mark-scheme-specific phrases. To aid my teaching, I provide my own summary documents and model essays for each topic, in which I have included information from Examiner's Reports, Mark Schemes, YouTube videos, and the Specification.

Topics from the Specification I cover:
All of Paper 1 and 3 content
Schizophrenia, Depression, and Criminal Psychology in Paper 2

Sia is an amazing chemistry teacher and she breaks big complex topics into smaller lessons that are easier to understand. She made chemistry less intimidating for me which in turn boosted my confidence and allowed me to get better grades. She stands out as she goes over practicals in great detail from the chemistry that’s occurring to the equipment used. She also often draws diagrams to help us visualise and understand better. 10/10 tutor

Sia was a fellow student and simultaneously the best tutor I knew. She was great at explaining difficult concepts with clarity, and she didn't shy away from touching upon additional information to help build and solidfy a greater understanding of the concept at hand. Sia's very kind and patient, so I was never too uncomfortable to ask questions when I wasn't getting it.
