Multi-instrumentalist looking to assist learners to find and actualise the approach they want to take with their musical interest

I have worked in education before as a TA, tutor and behaviour mentor, as well as giving drum lessons in the past. I have ran a music group at university, open mics (for which I did sound for) and played in bands for over a decade. I found that during my lunches when I worked at a school and went to the music block to assist was my favourite part of the job, so would wish to combine the two again into a more formal position.
