Psychology Tutor of all ages

I am writing to express my interest in Psychology teaching opportunities through your agency. With over 25 years of experience in further education, including A Level Psychology, Criminology, and Health & Social Care, I bring a deep commitment to academic excellence, pastoral care, and interdisciplinary learning.
Most recently, I served as a full-time Teacher of Psychology & Criminology at Cardinal Newman Catholic School & College, Hove, where I also mentored sixth form students and contributed to the school’s Outstanding Ofsted rating. My role extended beyond curriculum delivery to include UCAS guidance, EPQ supervision, and mentoring PGCE and ECT trainees from the University of Sussex — reflecting my dedication to both student and staff development.
I hold a PGCE from the University of Wales and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Science with Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University. I am also a certified First Aider and Mental Health Youth First Aider, reinforcing my commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing. My approach is inclusive, student-centred, and responsive to the evolving needs of young people in education.
