I will teach in all form groups and individuals . Groups are going to be focusing on multiple formats of team work through paper and online communication and verbal communication and traing my students to be prepared to lead or work in a group . One on one is going to be a process of finding my students strengths and weakness to help him overcome and master his weakness and fully master there strengths to become a great craftsmen to work with and make them competent and efficient.
