I am a highly experienced teacher (11 years' from Qatar) and able to identify students' needs in English language and literature.

I have worked with students from across the globe while I was in Qatar working as an English teacher, an English as a second language teacher, as well as an IELTS instructor.

Therefore, I am effectively able to:
· Create lesson plans that suit the needs of the students.
· Promote a high quality level of learning and motivation for students.
· Ensure classwork and homework is completed promptly and checked for attainment of learning objectives.
· Structure lessons to ensure thorough understanding.

I am able to create lesson plans that are catered to the needs of my students, tailoring them where required to better suit the students. I pride myself on understanding my students' requirements of learning before setting up my class schedules. This way, I can work precisely with my students to achieve the desired goal/ambition.

In Qatar during the IELTS classes, I successfully managed to get students from fairly low levels of reading, writing, listening and speaking to expert standard in a matter of weeks. This then allowed them to pass the exams and then attain immigration to Canada and Australia. When any of my students was successful in passing their examination and gaining the ability to immigrate, it was always the happiest and proudest moment for me!

For me as a teacher, nothing is more fulfilling than the success of my students and the betterment of their lives. This is the reason I became a teacher in the first place, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
