I am organised, reliable, and confident using online platforms and basic digital tools. I am comfortable working one-to-one with learners and maintaining a positive, supportive environment. My experience working with the public has helped me develop empathy, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm and professional, which I believe are essential qualities for teaching English to learners whose first language is not English.
