Online Biology Lessons for Key Stage 3 & 4 with a Qualified Science Teacher

Hi, I'm Maimoona! I'm a qualified Science teacher with a degree in Medical Biology, a PGCE in Secondary Science and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I have experience teaching Biology, Physics and BTEC Applied Science in further education. I understand that Science can sometimes feel difficult, especially when there are lots of scientific terms and processes to remember. My aim is to make learning Science easier by breaking down complicated topics into clear, manageable explanations and using everyday examples to help you understand how and why things happen. My lessons are tailored to your individual needs, whether you're struggling with a particular topic, preparing for exams or simply looking to build your confidence. I use diagrams, practice questions, quizzes and exam-style activities to check your understanding and help you apply what you've learnt. I also focus on developing exam technique, so you understand what questions are asking and how to structure your answers. I'm patient, approachable and happy to explain something in different ways until it makes sense. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where you feel confident asking questions and making progress at your own pace.
