Science tutor of Key-Stage 3-4, Chemistry tutor for Key-Stage 5

I’ve been tutoring teaching since 2011. I have a Genetics BSc, PhD in Biochemistry and professional teaching qualifications in Physics. Therefore, I am comfortable with teaching all three sciences.

In addition, I am a fully qualified science teacher. I was also an examiner for AQA. I know exactly what examiners ask for in the preparation for questions. I have plenty of resources. I can comfortably teach all three sciences up to GCSE level. I am a Chemistry Specialist and can therefore tutor Chemistry at KS5 level.

I am always trying to improve myself and have been accredited by the Institute of Physics i.e. in a subject that is not my specialism. I hope to be able to teach both KS5 physics and biology by this time next year.

In regard to teaching, I can deliver to a large dynamic range of abilities i.e. regardless of whether a top student needs to be challenged or a student is struggling with the basics I can deliver.
