BA (hons) English Literature/ Start Masters in September English Language teaching

I have a BA (hons) in English Literature and will be starting my Master's Degree in English Language Teaching in September. I do have experience working as a Learning Support Assistant within a short stay school for primary school ages children who had been excluded from mainstream schools. I have Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback and make fair, objective assessments. Adaptability, flexibility, patience and the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. I can cope with pressure and follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Can develop engaging learning activities, adapt materials to suit different learning styles, and bring fresh ideas. I have empathy, am friendly and approachable, and develop strong relationships with students. I am computer literate- Microsoft Word, Excel, database packages, being comfortable with technology and digital communication and using various digital platforms. I acquire new skills with speed and accuracy, and can use the web for research and documenting the evidence found. But most of all, I have a passion for education.
