I have known Bechem for 2 years now, and in those times he has exhibited qualities deserving of a good teacher. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adaptable. I also observed he is always willing to explain subject matters in a way that his listener is able to easily grasp the important point. He is also open to new ideas and improved ways of doing things.
