I am the youngest of six children. With that, I respond well to feedback. I want to change lives and feel it starts with children so, I choose to teach children of a younger age. I enjoy challenges and team work, both allow me to expand my creativity and make new friends. I am a Grand Canyon University graduate of 2014.
I have had the honor of teaching grade two for seven years. Helping learners reach their personal learning goals is exciting. Connecting with learners helps me to build a safe place of comfortable learning. I aspire to produce smiles and sounds like, "I knew I could do it!" A subject could be difficult, but ones day does not have to be also. Learning is a ladder. I will gladly hold the ladder you aspire to climb.
I enjoy gardening; I have an inside garden with plants light that give off an awesome pink hue! I am currently reading more books than I have hands. I find reading multiple texts a lovely multitask. I am always learning and know some American Sign Language. I can sign a few songs and love to show others how to also.
