I deliver Wellbeing and Resilience Program for Children 9 to 18 years old and Adults.

Program for Children :
- 2 different programs, one for 9 to 12 years old and another one for 13 to 18 years old

- 11 sessions to learn how your psychological system (mind) works and to uncover your wellbeing and resilience

- this program focuses on educating children about where resilience is found, why they don’t always feel it, and how they can uncover more of it within themselves. It gives them the knowledge to help navigate life’s inevitable challenges in an easier way

- resilience tutoring empowers children to deal with issues such as self-esteem and labeling, social media usage, the bad behaviour of others and disagreements and conflict

- young people learn through facilitated lessons, experiential activities, engaging animations and dynamic exercises which take place over ten interactive and fun sessions, providing a common language and understanding for handling the inevitable challenges they will face in life

- the program includes an impactful course for parents as well, which supports their children on their resilience journey

- wellbeing & resilience program will help children and parents navigating: Stress & Anxiety, Dealing with Challenging Behaviour, Responding vs Reacting, Addictive behavioural patterns, Relationships with friends, parents & others, Worrying about future uncertainty, Listening and Understanding, Pressure & Deadlines

- a completely unique approach to making a long-term difference

- this program is all about unlocking resilience, building inner strength and bouncing back from life's challenges

- 8 sessions with a series of engaging discussions, and practical exercises that will empower you to navigate through difficult times with resilience and positivity

- I will guide you through various strategies and techniques to enhance your emotional wellbeing and develop a resilient mindset

-through this program, you'll gain valuable insights, learn effective coping mechanisms, and discover practical tools to overcome obstacles in your personal and professional life
