As a 28-year-old professional with significant experience in both nutrition and personal training, I have cultivated a deep-seated passion for health and fitness. This passion was ignited at an early age and has been the driving force behind my career. Founding my own nutrition and training consultancy has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of fitness needs and effective training methodologies.

My role as an event director for PIUPID, an annual fitness/fiesta event, has not only honed my organisational and leadership skills but also underscored my commitment to community and health. This event has successfully raised over £30,000 for the Air Ambulance, reflecting my ability to inspire and mobilise people towards a common goal.

Martial arts and fitness are central to my life, continuously spurring my learning and keeping me abreast of the latest industry trends. In addition to being a certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I am currently pursuing a Degree in Paramedic Science at Brighton University. This academic pursuit complements my professional experience, equipping me with the skills to provide emergency care and support to those in acute need.

My decade-long commitment to the Health Club (Isenhurst) that first introduced me to Personal Training – culminating in my role as Assistant Manager – demonstrates my dedication and ability to grow within a professional setting. My experience in running my own businesses has given me skills in account management, communications, business strategy, and delivering tailored nutrition and fitness programs.
