I have been working as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for almost 10 years, and am working towards my Masters in Strength and Conditioning. I want to help you reach your fitness and health goals, whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or get selected for your dream sports team. I have helped working mums, students and athletes alike to take their fitness to the next level - whilst having a good laugh and of course! All sessions are done online so you can train from anywhere!
