Advert description
I am a CII Level 4-qualified financial professional with experience across financial advice, mortgages, pensions, protection and estate planning. I am also the author of A Guide to Adulting, a practical book created to teach teenagers and young adults the money and life skills that are often missed at school.
My lessons are friendly, relaxed and tailored to the individual. I explain financial topics in plain English, using realistic examples rather than confusing terminology. We can work through practical exercises together, including creating a personal budget, understanding a payslip, comparing borrowing costs, improving a credit score, planning savings goals or learning how pensions and investments work.
I can teach budgeting, saving, bank accounts, tax, National Insurance, payslips, credit, loans, debt, student finance, renting, mortgages, pensions and the real cost of everyday adult life.
Lessons are suitable for teenagers, young adults and adults who want to improve their financial knowledge. There are no silly questions and no judgement. My aim is for every learner to finish the lesson feeling more informed, capable and confident about making their own financial decisions.
