Hello, my name is Aaron Gray. I have a BTEC extended diploma in Applied Science in which I achieved DDM. I am currently in my third year of an integrated master's degree in Zoology. I struggled at GCSE level but improved by developing strategies that remain effective today. I have little experience but have recently been where you are, and I understand what is needed to improve.

Teaching Methods
The principles used in my lessons would be based on how to hyperfocus, the 1% rule, and thinking fast and slow.
- Relationship learning

- 25-minute work, 5-minute break (maximum focus and plasticity).

- Use of intentions to maximize effectiveness of learning
