Advert description
Hello, my name is Aaron Gray. I have a BTEC extended diploma in Applied Science in which I achieved DDM. I am currently in my third year of an integrated master's degree in Zoology. I struggled at GCSE level but improved by developing strategies that remain effective today. I have little experience but have recently been where you are, and I understand what is needed to improve.

- Natural Environments

- Nervous System

Personally

- Passionate about Zoology

- Effective communication techniques – written and Spoken

- Critically and analytically minded

I am happy to change and adjust my teaching strategy based on students.

Teaching Methods

The principles used in my lessons would be based on how to hyperfocus, the 1% rule, and thinking fast and slow.

- Relationship learning

- Fundamental principle focused

- 25-minute work, 5-minute break (maximum focus and plasticity).

- Principle of hyperfocus and scatter focus

- Focus intensity and learning

- Meta-awareness

- Use of intentions to maximize effectiveness of learning

- Habit formation to keep long term improvement

- Compound effects of daily improvements

- Ability to understand and differentiate between type 1 and 2 thinking.

- Identification of biases and then to overcome them

- Analysis and Evaluation of ideas

Listed principles are applied and withdrawn depending on the level and personality of the student.

- Lower level: General approach: High focus on fundamentals, relationships, and exam technique.

- Higher level: Specific approach: Focus on areas of weakness, relationships, and critical/analytical thinking models.

I offer basic teaching strategies also. However, I listed techniques that are more unique to my lessons.

I hope to hear from you, my approac
