I’m an accredited coach and mentor with EMCC Global / Guildhall Ignite, working with people who want to find clarity, confidence, and balance in their work and lives. My coaching offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect — whether you’re navigating change, growing as a leader, rediscovering creativity, or seeking greater wellbeing and purpose.

Wellbeing is at the heart of my approach. I believe lasting growth comes from awareness and care — not pressure. Together, we explore what helps you thrive: identifying strengths, clarifying direction, and building confidence to act with authenticity.

My background is in music and education, and for over 20 years I’ve worked internationally as a violinist, creative leader, and facilitator. That experience taught me how curiosity, communication, and creativity can transform how we live and work — lessons I now bring into my coaching.

I work with professionals, creatives, and organisations who want to strengthen their leadership, creativity, and wellbeing, as well as students and early-career professionals exploring their next steps.

To make coaching more accessible, I offer reduced-rate sessions for students and recent graduates — a chance to build confidence, focus, and healthy habits for the future.
