No More Maths Panic, Make Maths Easy - Magic! Warm, Friendly, Engaging Maths GCSE Tutor :)

Advert description
Maths is the worst when you don't get it, but when numbers click, all that stress melts away. I've been on both sides of this and it's helped me tutor loads of students whose mindset changes from "I hate maths!" to "It makes sense now, I get it!" (even if some still continue to hate maths!)

Hi there, I'm Kunj, with an MSc Finance (Distinction) and BSc Computing Science & Mathematics (2:1) - boring credentials stated!

But maybe more relatable to you, I remember what it's like to feel confused by maths. This helped me understand how to create those lightbulb moments and explain things to others so they can achieve the same breakthrough.

My superpower? Taking something scary and breaking it down into easy smaller pieces, then gluing them back together so it's not scary anymore. (Unlike my love of Rob Zombie's theatrical horror concerts - they're meant to be scary and fun!)

I've tutored ages 6-12 and, as well as maths, been a senior Taijutsu martial arts instructor for kids as young as 4 up to adults - even teaching cartwheels (which I can still do now!). Everyone learns differently, and being able to adapt to that is what makes it engaging to help students. Nothing beats seeing their abilities improve and confidence grow.

Why students love working with me:
- I'm genuinely patient - no eye-rolling, talking-down, or irritated attitude here
- I make maths relatable to each student in the way they respond best to
- Flexible times - weekdays from 4pm, anytime weekends

Whether you're feeling apprehensive about upcoming GCSEs or just want to find maths classes easier, I'm here to help. I specialise in GCSE but can support up to A-Level and above too.

Human nature makes it easier to think "It's hard, I don't get it, I don't like it, I don't want to do it." Let's change that to: "It's challenging, so what can I do to make it less challenging? If I don't find it as hard, I won't dislike it as much and will find it easier to tackle."

Let's make you better at maths :) Curiosity is awesome - ask anything! It's much better than never discovering. Let me know if you have any questions.
