I like to listen to my students and work with them to see where they think their weak points are and go through those topics, whilst also doing this I will be able to identify other weaker areas which they themselves have not realised and so work with them on those topics as well. I also use mini tests to identify weaker areas. I teach by first explaining a topic and then moving on to question where you assess the understanding of the content then onto questions where the students will have to apply the knowledge they have gained.
