Shanda has coached me for Inclusive Emotional Intelligence courses and has also helped me to look at how I can progress my career in my chosen field. Shanda's tutoring has expanded my view of myself, my value and what I am capable of - I cannot thank them enough for their incredible insight and guidance. I don't think I would be exploring my own growth in quite the same way without Shanda's input and I feel like I've learned years worth of facilitation skills because Shanda uses inclusive methods that I have responded really well to. Being neurodivergent means standardised training can often work against my natural learning style and Shanda manages to make their approach bespoke.

I would have rated myself relatively highly on emotional intelligence. Yet I learned huge amounts relevant to my everyday life from Shanda's course on Inclusive Emotional Intelligence. Shanda was great at creating a safe environment, and encouraging participants to share their experiences. She then remembered and used those stories [sometimes several session later] ... or live exchanges during sessions ... to illustrate key points. She did all this in a manner which didn't disclose names to those who hadn't attended the session when the event happened. It was a series of Master Classes in how to train online - in the topics of Inclusive Emotional Intelligence, Boundary Setting, and Choice. I would thoroughly recommend Shanda's courses to everyone. You will learn much that could change your life - and in an enjoyable way.
