I would describe myself as patient and calm. My lessons are aimed at younger children

During the teaching process I would first understand what the student is struggling on and explain in terms the student will understand. Once that is done I will let the student have an attempt on the question to see what their strengths and weaknesses are. After that, if the student starts to struggle I would get involved and help him so that he doesn't feel unconfident which will help him understand once I explain to the student
