I am a kind, caring, and approachable practitioner with over twenty years of experience in diverse childcare environments.

Experience has allowed me to develop my skills and fulfill my role to support and teach pupils of all abilities but in particular the child who is shy, or needs that little bit of encouragement to self believe, achieve and continue thriving. By empathising with the child's overall learning needs, that extra support allowed them to meet their targets and continue making progress in a safe and stimulating atmosphere. My experience includes an initial assessment to indicate the learners strengths and weaknesses. This allows for activity planning and implementation, focusing on observing the learner to support their learning progress through a holistic and nurturing approach.
