I have thirty eight years experience in education, mainly as a Teacher of English but have also taught History, Drama, Computing and as a Deputy Headmaster.
I have taught at KS1, KS2, KS3, 13+, GCSE and have prepared students for scholarship exams.
I have a passion for English and for inspiring young minds at all levels and my experience as a Head of IT and Head of Drama have contributed to making learning vibrant, fun and effective!
I am able to offer both one to one tutoring or online tutoring.
I also have experience of teaching and mentoring students with SEND status as well as students seeking scholarships to secondary schools
I have an excellent sense of humour, creativity and fun and feel, due to my experience, that I have much to offer.
