English Literature for students of all abilities

With experience as a classroom assistant at Kumon, I take a clear, structured approach to tutoring. I focus on helping students build a strong understanding of key concepts within the subject while also guiding them to answer exam questions effectively and in line with the mark scheme, supporting both confidence and grade improvement. I am confident in teaching students all the way up to GCSE. For English Literature, I am able to help students more specifically with a select number of texts. These are 'Lord of the Flies', 'Macbeth', 'Jane Eyre', Power and Conflict poetry, and unseen poetry. However, I also work with students on essay structure and exam technique more broadly, which can be applied across any text.
