Science teacher for all ages

Science can feel like a foreign language until suddenly it clicks - and that lightbulb moment is exactly why I tutor.

I'm a full-time secondary school teacher (PGCE, QTS) tutoring GCSE Science, with an A in both A-level Chemistry and Biology, plus a BSc and MSc in Bioarchaeology. Teaching became my career goal because I love watching students go from confused to confident, and tutoring lets me give that support one-on-one.

I'm chatty and approachable, so lessons never feel like a lecture, they feel like a conversation. I always share the lesson plan upfront, so pupils know exactly what we're working towards and never feel lost. My goal is to make science genuinely fun, whether that means breaking down tricky concepts with everyday examples or celebrating the small wins along the way.
