I am very enthusiastic about learning, patient and friendly! My lessons are aimed at students aged 5-16 and of all ability levels.

I have experience in freelance tutoring, in maths, English and GCSE sciences. Tutoring students that are much younger has developed my communication skills and has enabled me to deliver more effective tutoring to older/GCSE students. I teach by getting students to do a 'diagnostic' piece of work that will allow us to see what needs to be explored in more depth. I start by explaining concepts, then refining exam technique, then by reviewing to see what needs to be worked on next.
