I am a counsellor with extensive one to one experience supporting young people and adults through stress, low confidence and major life transitions. My approach is calm, structured and practical. I create a safe space where students can be honest about what is holding them back, then we work together to build clear goals and realistic strategies. Sessions are tailored to the individual, focusing on emotional resilience, accountability and self trust. I do not offer fluffy motivation. I help students understand themselves properly so they can make solid decisions, manage pressure and move forward with confidence that lasts.
